Metro, is reminiscent of streamline machine age graphic design popular during the later part of the Art Deco Era, circa 1930's through the 1940's. For this piece I chose a color palette based on shades of sage green and teal accented with gray and ivory.

I paint in a slightly exaggerated, stylized way using geometric and curvilnear shapes and lines. I am most inspired by cinema and the Golden Age of Hollywood which encompasses the Art Deco and Mid Century Eras. My work is considered to be glamorous and people most remember my artwork by the way I paint eyes. My favorite medium is acrylic although I also do colored pencil, ink and digital artwork, as well. My love for Architecture and Design is equal to the love I have for Fine Art. I love the world of art and I hope you enjoy what I've created.
