The Softness Of Circles is contemporary digital art. Most geometric artwork is bold and brash, I love it and there is a lot of it in my portfolio. But for this piece I wanted a modern take on early morning sunshine and purposely chose a soft pastel color palette of light yellow, baby blue, and sage green, accented with pale tones of taupe and gray on a white background.
I paint in a slightly exaggerated, stylized way using geometric and curvilnear shapes and lines. I am most inspired by cinema and the Golden Age of Hollywood which encompasses the Art Deco and Mid Century Eras. My work is considered to be glamorous and people most remember my artwork by the way I paint eyes. My favorite medium is acrylic although I also do colored pencil, ink and digital artwork, as well. My love for Architecture and Design is equal to the love I have for Fine Art. I love the world of art and I hope you enjoy what I've created.
