With this painting Arielle and Gabrielle I wanted to capture the glamour of Hollywood circa the 1930s and the sophistication of French Art Deco. Arielle is blond with blue eyes and Gabrielle is a redhead with eyes of green. The original painting is 48" x 48" and is no longer available. But prints and other art oriented merchandise is available for purchase.

I paint in a slightly exaggerated, stylized way using geometric and curvilnear shapes and lines. I am most inspired by cinema and the Golden Age of Hollywood which encompasses the Art Deco and Mid Century Eras. My work is considered to be glamorous and people most remember my artwork by the way I paint eyes. My favorite medium is acrylic although I also do colored pencil, ink and digital artwork, as well. My love for Architecture and Design is equal to the love I have for Fine Art. I love the world of art and I hope you enjoy what I've created.
