Artist's Description

This is the sepia tone reconfiguration of my painting titled Dominique. Dominique was inspired by French Art Deco of the 1920's and 1930's. This painting is an homage to painters of that era most importantly. Tamara de Lempicka.

About Tara Hutton

Tara Hutton

I paint in a slightly exaggerated, stylized way using geometric and curvilnear shapes and lines. I am most inspired by cinema and the Golden Age of Hollywood which encompasses the Art Deco and Mid Century Eras. My work is considered to be glamorous and people most remember my artwork by the way I paint eyes. My favorite medium is acrylic although I also do colored pencil, ink and digital artwork, as well. My love for Architecture and Design is equal to the love I have for Fine Art. I love the world of art and I hope you enjoy what I've created.
