This is the sepia tone re-interpretation of my painting Starlet 1935. This artwork was inspired by the Golden Age of Hollywood. It is an homage to the great painters of the Art Deco era. Particularly Tamara de Lempicka.

I paint in a slightly exaggerated, stylized way using geometric and curvilnear shapes and lines. I am most inspired by cinema and the Golden Age of Hollywood which encompasses the Art Deco and Mid Century Eras. My work is considered to be glamorous and people most remember my artwork by the way I paint eyes. My favorite medium is acrylic although I also do colored pencil, ink and digital artwork, as well. My love for Architecture and Design is equal to the love I have for Fine Art. I love the world of art and I hope you enjoy what I've created.
